Payment Information: all transactions are securely processed by trusted third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Diversified Sound does not store credit card numbers.

Employment & Staffing Information: resumes, HR files, payroll records, and certifications for employees and internal staff.

Event Media: photos, videos, and livestream content, including possible audience appearances, which may be used for promotional and marketing purposes.

Technical Information (Website): limited data such as server logs and IP addresses for security and performance. We do not use tracking cookies, pixels, or ad retargeting.

Provide and deliver rental equipment, production services, and technical support.

Maintain client records for quotes, invoices, and future engagements.

Photos, videos, or livestreams may be shared on Diversified Sound’s owned media channels, social platforms, or promotional materials.

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards, including secure servers, access controls, and vendor contracts. While no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, we work to minimize risk.

6. Data Retention

Client data is retained as long as necessary to maintain business records, comply with accounting/legal obligations, and support ongoing client relationships.

Employee and HR data is retained in compliance with employment and labor requirements.

Media and promotional content may be retained indefinitely unless removal is requested.

8. Audience Media at Events

By attending a Diversified Sound–produced event, you may appear in photos, videos, or livestreams. These may be used for promotional purposes. If you wish to opt out or request removal of identifiable media, contact us at the details below.

9. Employees & Staffing

Diversified Sound directly employs and manages staff for its production shows. HR, payroll, and training data is collected and stored for legitimate employment purposes only.
For rental clients, staffing and crew are provided by the client, and Diversified Sound does not collect personal data on those individuals.

10. International Clients

Diversified Sound serves clients globally. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred and processed in the U.S. We apply appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable data protection laws.

11. Regional Notices

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA): You have rights to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of data, and to opt out of the “selling” or “sharing” of personal information. Diversified Sound does not sell or share client data.
